Enjoy a hearty full Northumbrian breakfast or something slightly lighter served in our dining room. We use locally sourced products where possible, including fresh eggs from our own free range hens.
Breakfast is served in the dining room from 8.00a.m. until 9.00 a.m. during the week and until 9.30a.m. at weekends. We would be most grateful if you would make your choices for hot food the night before and indicate what time you would like to be served.

Poached eggs served on a toasted muffin
Eggy bread with vegetarian sausages
A three egg omelette with a choice of fillings – ham, cheese, tomato, mushrooms, chorizo
Avocado toast with poached egg, tomato salsa and chilli flakes
Bubble and squeak served with a poached egg and fresh hollandaise sauce
Welsh rarebit. Toasted soda bread with a rich creamy cheese topping made from Doddington Cheese
Buck rarebit. Same as Welsh rarebit with a fried egg on top
Brown or white toast
A selection of homemade preserves and ketchup
Tea, coffee or hot chocolate
If you wish to order more than one main dish per person there will be an additional charge of £10.00.
